Job Description:
This position is responsible for monitoring, resolving, and reporting all cost activities.
                                            
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Perform month-end cost accounting close.
  • Prepare all cost-related journal entries at month-end.
  • Reconcile and record accrual and adjustments for balance sheet accounts.
  • Generate quotes by gather information and follow the quarterly standard cost baseline.
  • Analyze material and labor cost to execute quarterly price change for standard cost.
  • Extract and analyze the available information to provide quote for supporting business operations.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly Inventory Revaluation and Purchase Price Variance claims.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Knowledge in ERP programs such as Oracle/SAP
  • Bilingual (English and Chinese).

Education and Experience:
 
  • Master’s degree in Accounting required.
  • 2+ years in general accounting required.
