JOB FUNCTION:
To provide administrative and business supports to Program Managers by coordinating and publishing cross BUs and Organization reports, executing system/database updates in timely manner, and analyzing performance metric and operation trends for management review.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bachelor’s Degree. Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, or general Business Major.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
2 - 4 years Production Planning. Business Analysis experience
SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong skills in Excel and database. Strong Communication and presentation skills. Understanding of production planning and supply chain. Unusual work hours -- in order to distribute Backlog Reports on time for FTX daily operation, this position is located in San Jose early morning hours (5am or 6am) are required to comprise and publish reports.

- Coordinate and publish Daily Build Report and Weekly Metrics Reports for management review
- Publish Backlog Analysis Reports for BUs
- Lead time management by executing schedule pads in system, analyzing LT trends and distributing Pads reports.
- Hold management by tracking New Product Hold status and applying or releasing holds based on Marketing or PMs' requests.
- Publish Build Linearity in sync of build plan status between customers and Foxconn.
- Initiate and improve current reporting process
- Perform other duties as assigned
