Supply Chain Program Manager (Salt Lake City, Utah/Kirkland, WA)

Job Description
The Supply Chain Program Manager acts as the critical bridge between global production sites and the customer. You will synchronize demand and supply, manage capacity utilization, and serve as the primary point of contact for daily customer interactions and escalations. This role focuses on operational oversight and requires a professional capable of providing work leadership across multiple international sites.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship & Escalation Management: Interact with customers daily to provide status updates and resolve high-priority escalations.
  • Forecast & Supply Continuity: Align customer demand forecasts with site production; monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) and mitigate shortages.
  • Operational Support & Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Operations teams to ensure program alignment across production sites.
  • Capacity & Pricing Optimization: Work with Business Project Management (BPM) teams to manage site capacity and pricing strategies.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare data-driven reports for business reviews and executive decision-making.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
     
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required), preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
  • Experience: 3–5+ years in Operations and Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment. A mechanical background is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Required proficiency in Word Processing and Spreadsheet software (Excel) for data modeling and reporting.
  • Leadership: While this role has no direct supervisory responsibility (no direct reports), it requires providing direct work leadership and coordination feedback to multiple production sites across the globe.
