Job Description:
The Systems Engineer plans, designs, and optimizes the company’s network architecture, managing data centers, network improvements, security, and cross-departmental coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for internal desktop maintenance support and basic network maintenance support, with an understanding of DHCP/DNS principles; possesses strong desktop support skills and network troubleshooting capabilities.
- Accountable for promptly responding to and resolving Office 365 issues, as well as drafting relevant maintenance documentation.
- Responsible for on-premises domain controller management and maintenance, as well as cloud-based Office 365 environment policy deployment and optimization.
- Involved in designing and optimizing the architectural framework of the company's various application systems and maintenance platforms.
- Collaborates with the team to assist in handling other IT operations-related tasks as needed.
- Responsible for PBX and related systems maintenance.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good skill in setting up Local AD environments, problem analysis, and troubleshooting; familiar with Azure AD Connect services and experienced in hybrid Azure AD maintenance and deployment.
- Over 2 years of experience in Office 365 operations, with extensive experience in fault response handling and optimization.
- Experience managing email systems in medium to large enterprises is preferred; knowledgeable about email systems and gateways, with skills in email attack prevention, email auditing, and email archiving products.
- Capable of programming/script writing, familiar with connecting and using various Azure AD module PowerShell commands.
- 1 year of experience in project tracking and documentation writing.
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in Information Management, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields are required.
- 2 years of relevant experience in network technology.
- Proficiency in English required; Mandarin is a plus.
