Job Description:                                                                                                                                               
This position is responsible for leading the overall CFT (cross functional team) by ensuring expectations and goals are met as well as serve as the liaison between the Customer and company.
          
                             

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall CFT (cross functional team) employees, functions, and activities.
  • Act as the primary BU (business unit) liaison to external and internal customers.
  • Meet and exceed Customer KPI metrics and expectations including quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
  • Accountable for BU Build Plans and Revenue targets (external and internal).
  • Strategize, establish and execute adequate capacity planning associated with Forecast, Build Plan and Quarter End.
  • Plan and execute resource requirements.
  • Monitor production schedules and daily delivery shipments.
  • Responsible for Change Management including ECO (engineering change order) Cut-In and Implementation.
  • Initiate and drive Mx (manufacturing excellence) improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve Site Goals.
  • Mentor and develop CFT members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation skills recommended.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to function independently and multi-task
  • Must have ability to remain flexible in a dynamic work environment

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business with 8 years of manufacturing experience required.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration with 5 years experience will be considered.
  • PMI certificate is a plus.
  • Experience with Warehouse and Supply Chain is a plus.
