Manager/Supervisor
Responsibilities: Depending on the functional focus, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Regional Business Management
  • Coordinate the preparation of the overall regional business budget.
  • Analyze the execution of regional business budgets to ensure goals are met.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive performance improvements.
  • Regularly update regional business forecasts and assist business units in developing goal achievement plans.
  • Lead and participate in key projects and pre-approval reviews of major business management matters in the region.
  • Develop and enhance the regional business analysis big data platform to support data-driven management.
Regional Support Budgeting and Expense Control
  • Manage the budgeting process for all supporting departments of the U.S. Management Center, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and control expenses across supporting departments to ensure compliance with budgetary limits.
  • Develop and implement policies for expense control, reimbursement, and allocation processes.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting of supporting department expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and financial discipline within supporting functions at the U.S. Management Center.
Regional Audit and Risk Control
  • Establish regional risk control metrics and related mechanisms, covering operational and legal matters.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and system audits to ensure the accuracy of financial and business data.
  • Address audit findings by coordinating with business units to develop and implement corrective measures, and oversee the completion of improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of USGAAP with at least 5 years of experience in plant accounting, cost accounting, or operational finance.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, communication abilities, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Experience in manufacturing or cross-regional management is preferred.
  • Mandarin required since will be interacting with headquarters in Asia.  
Work Location: Houston, USA (U.S. Management Center). This position requires occasional travel.
