This position is responsible for the following:
  • Maintaining and improving the ESD, Calibration and Vacuum Preventive Maintenance control programs in a manufacturing production environment in order to meet the industrial control standards and customer requirements.
  • Supporting internal and external audits in relation to calibration and ESD programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform calibration on electrical, pneumatic and manual drivers, utilizing a torque analyzer for assigned areas, and report the results in calibration tracker.
  • Perform ESD testing of work surfaces, floors, floor mats and mobile carts within an ESD Protected Area (EPA) utilizing a megometer for assigned areas, and report the results in various ESD trackers.
  • Carry out ESD and Calibration control verification plans per procedures and test methods.
  • Support Calibration and ESD Audits as assigned, and report results in audit template.
  • Accurately process test results & create daily reports.
  • Assist with any other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of ESD and calibration standards for electronic manufacturing industry.
  • Must be able to exercise independent judgment and perform technical analysis.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Must be self-driven and perform assigned duties with little daily supervision.
  • Must be able to develop daily workload schedule by priority based on due dates.
  • Working knowledge with Microsoft Office applications required (Excel. Power Point, Word).
  • Must have a detailed oriented disciplined work ethic.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis to perform duties.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely in English both verbally and in writing.

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum 6 months related experience required.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
