JOB FUNCTION: The Senior Network Engineer plans, designs, and optimizes the company’s network architecture, managing data centers, network improvements, security, and cross-departmental coordination.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: BA/BS in Information Management, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields are required.
EXPERIENCE: With 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in network technology.
LANGUAGE: Proficiency in English required; Mandarin is a plus.

SKILLS:
- Clear understanding of network architecture design (including WAN and LAN), familiarity with the latest network solutions, and practical experience in the design and implementation of large-scale networks, particularly in the manufacturing sector, is preferred.
- Good thinking logic and good architectural design abilities, capable of integrating requirements at various levels to design solutions.
- Familiarity with various network devices and technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Solid foundational knowledge of networking, including familiarity with the TCP/IP protocol stack, various routing protocols (such as OSPF, BGP, LAN, STP, etc.), switching technologies, and network security.
- Strong learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and a service-oriented mindset; detail-oriented and capable of producing high-quality documentation and verbal communication.
- Good cross-departmental communication skills, able to coordinate multiple departments to address complex network issues collaboratively.
- Professional certifications such as CCIE are preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, design, and implementation of the overall company network architecture.
- Planning, design, and management of data center facilities.
- Responsible for network improvements and optimization design based on business requirements.
- Responsible for network architecture design and evaluation required for the deployment of application systems in the factory.
- Construction of OA network projects, backbone network development and maintenance, and renovation planning.
- Assessment of information security implementation and maintenance management of cybersecurity systems.
- Analyzing and addressing complex network and security issues.
- Cross-departmental communication.
- Responsible for network construction and maintenance in north America area.
