Human Resources Coordinator (Bilingual - Chinese)
JOB FUNCTION: As a HR Coordinator you will plan provide human resources services, including talent acquisition, employment processing, records management. You will be the primary support for the Human Resources Supervisor.
EDUCATION: BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related fields of business.
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources field.
LANGUAGE: Proficiency in English & Chinese is required.

· Office experience – general, reporting skills
· Strong verbal communication
· Administrative writing skills
· Microsoft Office – Word, Strong Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, negotiate job offers, and process hiring/termination paperwork.
- Assistance in new employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Be available to assist with employee files, data etc. for reports.
